TERMS OF SERVICE:
As the artist, I reserve the right to:
• Decline any commission for any reason.
• Include the commissioned work in portfolios, online profile/pages, commission sheets, and etc.
• Modify, edit, and repurpose unpaid or cancelled commissioned pieces.
• Claim the commissioned piece as my own work.
• Stream the drawing process on my twitch channel unless an NDA is requested.As the client, you reserve the right to:
• Use the model to stream and post on social media.
• Make thumbnails and other digital posts with the model with no credit ONLY IF the artist is credited somewhere else on your streaming platform or social media).
• Make derivative work of the chibified model.CREDIT REQUIREMENT
• An attribution is required. You can use my tag @glodeelocks, any of my social links, OR my carrd.REVISIONS
• The client will receive an update in every stage (sketch, base color + line art, final) upon request and can only request revision once per stage.
• For the final stage only minor changes can be made.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• There will be no hard deadlines unless agreed upon by both the client and the artist.
• As the artist I have a right to decline a commission if I cannot meet the deadline proposed by the client or if I cannot fulfill my clients needs.
• Final files will be sent via Email. Any other means of delivery will be made upon request.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND USE
• Clients own commercial rights to use the model for personal and streaming purposes.
• Clients may edit the files delivered to them, provided the artist is credited for the original/chibi model work.
• Clients do not have permission to use Glodeelock's artwork to be used for A.I., NFTs, and Cryptocurrency in any circumstances. Failure to do so will require legal actions.LIMITATIONS
The clients and other parties may NOT:
• Include the commissioned work in portfolios and commission sheets.
• *Reproduce the artwork for merchandise such as prints, t-shirts, etc. without an agreement or contract.
• Claim the commissioned piece as their own work.
• Post the commissioned piece online without proper attribution
• Re-sell the commissioned art (this is negotiable provided the artist is contacted).PAYMENTS
• Payments can be paid in full. I also only accept payment through paypal.REFUNDS
• NO REFUNDS. Once the commission terms have been accepted by both parties, there will be no refunds UNLESS I did not reach your deadline then I will contact you about it.COMMUNICATION• Please share your character's information and details to me such as inspirations, story, theme, reference, anything. The more information you feed me the better my understanding is and I could translate your character's vibe in the artwork precisely.
• Communication will be done through the client's chosen mode of contact.
• Unless the client cannot be reached with the given contacts, client forfeits their right for changes during the working period.
• Final product will be sent via email.
